Terms of use

1. Platform purpose

VEMA Lokal provides public business profiles and a service for forwarding customer inquiries to relevant businesses. VEMA HN D.O.O. is not a party to agreements concluded between users and businesses.

2. Accuracy of information

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, offers and communications. VEMA Lokal may moderate, correct or remove inaccurate and unlawful content.

3. Inquiries and communication

An inquiry may be shared with up to three matching businesses. Sending an inquiry is free for the user and does not create an obligation to accept an offer.

4. Reviews

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. Offensive, misleading, promotional or unlawful content may be rejected or removed.
